SYNOPSIS S.A. will respond to this request within a maximum of 20 days from receipt, provided that it is duly completed; if the information you provide is insufficient to locate the requested personal data, or is inaccurate or erroneous, you will be required to complete or clarify it within a maximum period of 5 calendar days. If the request is admissible, the response will be made within the maximum response period of twenty (20) days for the exercise of the right of access and ten (10) days for other rights, in accordance with Article 55 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Likewise, you are hereby informed that the aforementioned deadlines may be extended only once, and for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it. By signing this form, the data subject, or, where applicable, their representative, grants their consent for the receipt and processing of their data and/or documents provided in this document, which will be used exclusively for the proper management of the exercise of SYNOPSIS S.A.'s ARCO rights.
